About The Position

Oakley is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and help customers find eyewear and apparel solutions suited to their needs, lifestyles, and preferences. The role focuses on meeting and exceeding sales targets, building customer relationships, providing personalized product recommendations, and maintaining a welcoming, organized store environment. The Sales Associate collaborates with the team and store leadership, participates in hands-on training, and contributes to an inclusive and respectful experience for customers and colleagues. This is a seasonal/temporary position at La Plaza Mall.
