About The Position
As a Guest Sales Associate, you’ll shape each guest’s experience from start to finish, delivering exceptional service in a welcoming environment. You’ll work alongside a passionate team while helping guests feel confident, radiant, and comfortable in their own skin— making a lasting impact every day.
Requirements
- A passion for beauty, customer service, and building genuine guest relationships.
- A professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- A positive, friendly, and upbeat personality.
- Willingness to learn and become knowledgeable about EWC services, products, promotions, and Wax Pack benefits.
- Ability to work in a sales-based environment and meet individual and center performance goals.
- Part-time or full-time availability, and ability to work at least one weekend day.
Nice To Haves
- Sales experience is a plus—helping guests find the best products, services, and packages for their individual needs.
- Experience using a Point-of-Sale system is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk and retail areas, including restocking, organization, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
- Coordinate guest flow, greet guests as they arrive and leave, handle inquiries, and maintain the reservation system.
- Educate guests on services, Wax Pass benefits, products, and current promotions to help drive sales.
- Build genuine relationships with guests and help create a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back.
