Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in a gaming or electronics store
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while being attentive to customers
Basic math and computer skills required
Knowledge of basic POS principles and cash handling
Passion for gaming and knowledge of gaming products
Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be at least 18 years old to apply.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and recommending products.
Drive sales through effective demonstrations, upselling, and cross-selling.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and promotions.
Handle inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently.
Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals and create a positive work environment.
Assist with product selection, provide information, and showcase products.
Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
Maintain flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Enforce company policies and perform other assigned duties.
