About The Position

Chico’s is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as a welcoming presence in a customer-centered store environment grounded in hospitality. The role focuses on building genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service while contributing to store performance and a visually inspiring shopping environment. The position is regular and part-time at the Chico’s store on East 21st Street in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; must be at least 18 years old in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

• Assist store leaders with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
