About The Position

This is a part-time Sales Associate position, averaging less than 30 hours per week. The role involves maintaining store tidiness, including cleaning and product recovery, processing customer sales using a POS terminal, assisting customers in locating merchandise, stocking the sales floor, answering the phone, and working collaboratively to ensure a clean, well-stocked store with a focus on high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Keep the store tidy to include cleaning as assigned and making sure product is in place for shoppers (recovery)
  • Ring customer sales on a POS terminal
  • Help customers to locate merchandise
  • Stock the retails sales floor with product
  • Answer the phone
  • Work as a team to have a clean, fresh, full store with focus on high quality customer service
