About The Position

Talbots is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to provide an exceptional and meaningful customer service experience, promote products, and build relationships with customers. The role supports store business and management, uses fashion and product knowledge to style customers, and contributes to sales and service performance. Associates also complete operational projects such as filling orders, replenishment, and recovery. The position is at Store 01091 in Perrysburg, Ohio, and offers 15 to 20 hours per week with availability based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Open availability for 15 to 20 hours per week, with flexibility for business needs including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional and meaningful customer service experience that promotes products and builds brand relationships.
• Assist the management team in building store business.
• Use service enhancers, including active use of Concierge, to build strong relationships.
• Serve multiple customers at a time, multitask, and handle simultaneous projects.
• Stay aware of fashion trends and learn about new arrivals, including product fit, color, and fashion.
• Use product knowledge and fashion expertise to create outfits and suggest items that meet customers' needs.
• Participate in learning opportunities and accept direction, coaching, and feedback to maximize individual performance.
• Achieve sales and service metrics, including clienteling/outreach, appointment setting, and Talbots Classic Awards.
• Complete assigned projects and operational tasks, including filling orders, replenishment, and recovery.
