About The Position

IRIS, The Visual Group is looking for a sales associate in Fredericton, NB. Requirements

• Willingness to deliver excellent patient care utilizing the training we will give you.
• Ability to be organized and complete tasks on time.
• Booking appointments and invoicing, direct billing for patients
• Complete necessary administration.
• Enthusiasm to use the latest technology.
• Contribute towards team goals and a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Advising patients about proper frame choices and appropriate lens options
• Performing frame adjustments and repairs
• Preparing exam rooms, cleaning, and setting up equipment
• Conducting pre-testing procedures using diagnostic equipment
• Greeting patients in a warm and courteous way
• Responding to large volume of phone calls, emails, and faxes
• Scheduling, cancelling, and rescheduling examinations and appointments
• Collecting contact and health information, and answering patient questions efficiently
• Invoicing patients and using point of sale machine
• Submitting insurance payments for patients
• Scanning hard files
