About The Position
The Part Time Sales Associate at the Macy’s Shop Somerset represents HUGO BOSS by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise effectively, and carrying out operational strategies that support positive store profits. The role uses effective communication, relationship selling, client development, and customer service to drive personal sales and support the merchant group. It also follows store procedures and policies, helps build community relationships through personal involvement and promotional opportunities, and supports store management in implementing health and safety policies and procedures. The position follows applicable local laws and regulations and HUGO BOSS health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Two to three years of specialty retail sales experience.
- Strong customer service and selling experience.
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
- Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.
