About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you will help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You will help customers choose eyewear based on their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training where permitted by state law; and educate customers about eyewear and contact lens care. You will also maintain customer and patient records, communicate order status, answer incoming phone calls, keep the store clean and organized and maintain visual merchandising standards, and support inventory control and loss prevention. Additional duties may be assigned. In some locations, state laws require certain responsibilities to be performed by individuals with specific licenses or credentials, so duties and work practices may vary accordingly. Stores are closed on Sundays.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Skilled at multitasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
