About The Position

Represent the brand through client interactions (in-store and virtually) and act as a brand ambassador in the community. Fulfill key-holder responsibilities including store opening and closing, cash handling, and financial responsibilities. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide prompt, attentive, and knowledgeable assistance to all clients, ensuring the highest service standards are maintained at all times. This role involves managing sales standards, cash wrap standards, client book management, inventory management, and customer after-sales service. Assist clients in making selections and during the try-on process. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and directives, including attendance and reporting for work via Ulti-Pro, uniform and grooming standards, break policies, locker organization, time-off requests, and end-of-day procedures. Cultivate and maintain excellent clientele relationships with consistent follow-up, including phone calls, emails, thank you letters, and shipping merchandise. Maintain high productivity by consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets. Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to achieve financial targets and increase sales. Assist with inventory and special projects as needed. Associates should be able to effectively cover back-of-house duties, perform inventory tasks, and handle shipping/receiving. Ensure visual standards are maintained at all times and understand the terminology associated with Jimmy Choo shoes and accessories. Be proficient with the register system(s) and merchandise product.
