About The Position

Hyundai is seeking Entry Level Sales Associates to join their team. The company emphasizes providing tools for success not just in sales but in life, with a passionate team dedicated to helping individuals achieve their desired level of success. The role involves building customer relationships, assisting customers in selecting vehicles through consultative selling, and continuously developing product knowledge. Associates will perform vehicle demonstrations, follow up with customers, overcome objections, and report to the Sales Manager. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.

Requirements

Self-starter and ambitious spirit preferred
Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Must be reliable, organized and detail oriented
A tenacity for learning and eagerness to improve
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Military experience welcomed but not necessary
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

Nurture enduring relationships to build customers for life.
Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority.
Know the in's and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
Follow-up with customers to ensure successful referral business.
Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities and analyses.
