About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you represent the brand through personal style and passion, bringing welcoming energy to the sales floor. You help customers discover their look and work effectively with team members and managers to support business success. The role focuses on creating a seamless customer experience through collaboration, kindness, and inclusivity.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Passionately support the brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay current with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy when completing tasks.
• Show initiative in championing new ideas and demonstrate problem-solving skills when navigating uncertainty.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Be able to bend, reach, and stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless and authentic customer experience that reflects the brand.
• Drive sales while exceeding customer selling and service expectations.
• Complete operational and product-related store tasks assigned by the management team in alignment with brand values.
• Share customer feedback and insights with the management team.
