About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Forward Corporation is a fifth-generation family-owned and operated Michigan company that has been in business for 100 years. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide information about products and promotions
• Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Upsell products to increase revenue
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Stock shelves and merchandise products
• Handle cash transactions and operate cash registers
