About The Position
As a Sales Associate (Wine Merchant), you will provide exceptional customer service, while we provide you with a strong wine education training program and the opportunity to learn and taste Arterra’s award winning wines. All while working in a fun, flexible store environment. Requirements
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience
- 19 years of age or older
- High School or equivalent education is required
- Smart Serve Certification is required
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job include lifting up to 21 kilograms, standing, reaching, bending and climbing ladders

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Perform POS (point of sales transactions) and merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipments and replenishment
- Meet and exceed shift targets
