Sales Associate – Optical - Part Time

About The Position

America's Best, part of National Vision, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. The role helps customers choose eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispenses eyeglasses and contact lenses and provides lens training where permitted by state law; and educates customers on eyewear and contact lens care. The associate also maintains accurate customer and patient records, communicates order status, answers incoming phone calls, keeps the store clean and organized and visually merchandised to brand standards, and supports inventory control and loss prevention. Other duties may be assigned. In some locations, state law requires certain duties to be performed by people with specific licenses or credentials, so job duties and practices may vary by location. Stores are closed on Sundays.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
