The Sales Associate plays a key role in delivering an exceptional in-store experience. Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Availability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift
- Comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs and using ladders
- Able to navigate stairs and carry merchandise as needed
- Willingness to perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to every customer
- Provide expert guidance on fit, styling, and product features
- Drive sales through thoughtful recommendations and relationship-building
- Build and maintain a personal client base to encourage repeat business
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-merchandised store
- Support inventory management and stockroom organization
- Assist with visual merchandising and product replenishment
- Help ensure operational efficiency across daily store functions
- Partner with e-commerce customer service to ensure a seamless experience across channels
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries with professionalism and care
- Coordinate alterations and repairs, ensuring timely follow-up with customers
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive store culture
