About The Position
Sales Associate provides excellent customer service and sales support while learning company products, standards, and procedures. This entry-level role focuses on delivering positive customer experiences, maintaining store standards, and supporting daily operations in alignment with the company’s values and expectations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform basic math calculations and count money accurately
- Valid Food Handlers Card required at all times after completion of introductory period

- Retail or hospitality experience preferred

- Operates the cash register accurately following established policies and procedures
- Maintains store appearance, brand standards, and housekeeping expectations
- Assists with inventory tasks including stocking, pricing, and basic counts
- Actively supports safety and security standards
- Attends required training sessions and store meetings
- Performs other duties as assigned
