About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC operates the Express and Bonobos brands. Express is a multichannel apparel brand focused on modern, confident, and effortless style, with retail and outlet stores, an online store, and a mobile app. The Sales Associate will join the Express team at Wolfchase Galleria and provide retail customers with a great in-store shopping experience while helping with stocking, cleaning, folding merchandise, and other store tasks.

The role involves maintaining clean, safe, and organized sales and back-of-house areas; following company safety policies and procedures; supporting product launches according to company standard operating procedures; serving customers; processing transactions; resolving or escalating service issues; and promoting credit and loyalty programs. Other essential functions may be assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• At least six months of relevant job experience; the posting lists a range of 0–2 years.
• Proficiency using technology such as iPads and registers.
• Availability that meets defined criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
• Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, sales leadership, and associates.
• Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.

• Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to keep the store safe and inviting.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Deliver all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues positively, determine appropriate resolutions or escalate them, and communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
• Explain the benefits of credit and loyalty programs and encourage customers to participate.
• Assist with stocking, cleaning, folding merchandise, and other tasks as directed by a supervisor.
