About The Position

Little Words Project is seeking Sales Associates to join its team in Nashville. This role is suited to someone who enjoys teamwork, connecting with people, and promoting the company’s message of kindness and self-love. The Sales Associate represents the brand, helps customers choose bracelets, and contributes to a memorable in-store experience.

The position involves assisting customers and supporting store activities, including beading appointments, parties, and special events. Associates also help maintain the sales floor, process transactions, assist with custom orders, and contribute to inventory, visual merchandising, clienteling, and store performance.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interacting with customers and working with a team.
• A positive, solution-oriented, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Belief in and enthusiasm for Little Words Project’s mission.

Nice To Haves

• Retail experience is preferred.
• Passion for beading and styling.
• Interest in capturing fun content in-store.

Responsibilities

• Share the company’s mission and help customers select products, making personalized recommendations based on their needs.
• Help facilitate in-store beading appointments, parties, and special events.
• Process transactions using the POS system, answer customer questions, and provide excellent customer service.
• Keep the sales floor tidy, well-stocked, and visually inspiring.
• Assist at the bead bar, tie bracelets, and fulfill custom orders.
• Help with inventory intake, visual merchandising, clienteling, and KPIs.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
