About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you’ll help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You’ll assist customers in selecting eyewear based on their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training as permitted by state law; and educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care. You’ll also maintain accurate customer and patient records, communicate order status, answer incoming phone calls, keep the store clean and organized and visually merchandised to brand standards, and support inventory control and loss prevention procedures. Other duties may be assigned. In some locations, state laws require certain responsibilities to be performed by individuals with specific licenses or credentials, so duties and work practices may vary to meet those requirements. The store is closed every Sunday.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Skilled at multitasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
