About The Position

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree
• Strong internship experience considered
• Solid interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills required to interface across multiple levels and groups
• The ability to understand and work with numbers, including basic arithmetic and more advanced algebraic concepts
• Highly motivated initiative-taking individual and extraordinary team player, with a solid ability to rapidly learn and adapt to evolving industry and organizational environment
• Desire and interest to work in advertising sales across media & entertainment platforms
• Awareness with digital and streaming advertising platforms and workflows
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Acute attention to detail and responsible work ethic
• Previous experience in media sales or advertising is a plus
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Sales, Inventory, Account and Traffic specialists to ensure the seamless execution of advertising and integrated marketing campaigns
• Handle client order entry and project management, coordinating with internal departments to guarantee client satisfaction and timely delivery for omni-channel strategies
• Track and report on campaign impressions regularly, collaborating with various departments to make necessary adjustments for optimal delivery and billing
• Generate and evaluate reports to identify and tackle discrepancies or issues related to campaigns and creative content
• Partner with Billing and Finance teams to clear discrepancies and ensure reliable revenue recognition at the end of campaigns
• Assist in the integration and management of digital and streaming advertising workflows, ensuring campaigns are optimized for various digital platforms
