About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for its Express brand at the Westgate store. The Sales Associate provides customers with a great in-store shopping experience and assists with store tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise. The role includes maintaining clean, organized, and safe store areas; following company policies; supporting product launches; processing transactions; resolving or escalating customer service issues; and promoting credit and loyalty programs.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of relevant job experience; the stated experience range is 0–2 years.
• Proficiency using technology such as iPads and registers.
• Availability that meets defined criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Ability to meet the position's physical requirements.
• Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, the sales leadership team, and associates.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room so the store is safe and inviting to customers.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Deliver all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait times.
• Resolve customer service-related issues positively, determine an appropriate resolution or escalate the issue, and communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
• Promote credit and loyalty member programs by explaining their benefits and encouraging customer participation.
• Perform other essential functions as directed by a supervisor.
• Assist with stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise.
