About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you are a welcoming representative of the COS brand and help create a positive shopping experience. You provide high-level customer service by initiating conversations and assisting customers at the cash desk, in fitting rooms, and throughout the shop floor. You also process deliveries, replenish stock, and merchandise garments on the shop floor. In collaboration with your team, you offer genuine, proactive assistance and share your enthusiasm for the brand and collection.

Previous customer service experience and familiarity with fabrics are welcome but not required. This is a part-time position offering compensation of $19.00. The schedule includes varied hours, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail experience and an understanding of store operations and customer service.
• Confidence advising customers on fashion trends, materials, and sizing.
• Previous customer service experience and familiarity with fabrics.
