About The Position

Aaron’s Sales Associates engage directly with customers on the showroom floor, help them find products, and contribute to a positive sales environment. The role may also involve cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise, as well as performing clerical duties and assisting customers in person and by telephone. The work can be physically demanding; training and tools are provided to perform these tasks safely.

The salary range is $13.25 to $14.00 per hour, with eligibility for performance-based incentive pay. The schedule varies between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Locations are open six days per week, with Sunday off and one additional day off during the week.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with assistance from appropriate equipment and/or another associate.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player with a focus on shared goals.
• Desire to make a positive difference for customers.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• High energy and ability to effectively perform all store functions.
• Proper telephone etiquette.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
