About The Position

Forge & Build is hiring a Sales Associate at our facility in Port Huron, MI. This role involves assisting in the receiving, stocking, cleaning, merchandising, and overall store cleanliness. The associate will maintain a friendly and helpful attitude, assist customers in solving their problems, and ensure a positive, professional, and safe environment at all times. Key responsibilities include keeping the sales floor clean and orderly, maintaining strong product knowledge, and providing outstanding customer service. Requirements

Ability to communicate effectively with customers and fellow employees
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Standing, walking, lifting (up to 50lbs) and climbing required
Inherent desire to learn and develop on an individual basis
Strive for continuous improvement

Nice To Haves

Former retail or trade (ex: building, electrical, plumbing, HVAC) experience preferred
