About The Position

525 America is looking for a Temporary Part-Time Retail Sales Associate for their Soho pop-up shop during the month of October. This role requires availability on Saturdays and Sundays, with potential for additional weekday hours. The ideal candidate will be confident, engaging, have a passion for fashion and styling, and thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.

Requirements

Previous retail or hospitality experience
A genuine interest in fashion, styling, and the customer experience
A warm, confident communicator who feels comfortable starting conversations with guests
Naturally personable, attentive, and service-oriented
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining an organized, beautiful environment
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently when needed

Nice To Haves

Fashion experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests, answer questions, offer styling suggestions, and recommend thoughtful pairings based on each customer’s needs and personal style.
Bring pairing pieces and additional sizes as needed, while keeping fitting rooms clean, organized, and inviting.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently, and package purchases beautifully with tissue and seal.
Invite every customer to join our email list at checkout and help build lasting customer relationships.
Offer guests the opportunity to take a Polaroid, write a caption, and pin it to the store wall to contribute to the community and in-store experience.
Keep racks fully stocked, merchandise organized, and sales floor zones tidy and visually appealing throughout the day.
Jump in wherever needed to help maintain a seamless, elevated store experience.
