Sales Associate

About The Position
The Sales Associate is stationed at the store entrance to warmly greet customers and patients and direct them to the appropriate associate. The role also supports store operations by receiving deliveries, helping delivery services reach the store, and securing doorways to help maintain the safety of customers and employees while following company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a doorman or greeter.
- Positive, friendly attitude when interacting with customers and patients.
- Ability to provide basic information about the neighborhood and store services and answer other customer and patient inquiries.
- Safety awareness and ability to respond to emergency situations.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- High attention to detail.
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a doorman in a luxury environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers and patients in a friendly manner as they enter and leave the store.
- Serve as an interface between the store and the general public.
- Help receive packages or guide delivery services to the store.
