About The Position

Soma is an intimate apparel brand focused on comfort, confidence, and empowering women. The Sales Associate is the welcoming face of a customer-centered store environment and helps create a hospitable experience through genuine customer connections, product knowledge, and personalized service. The role contributes to store performance and brand standards while working collaboratively with the store team.

Requirements

• Team-player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to learn new processes and tools quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; move around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a customer-centered experience reflecting the company’s culture of hospitality.
• Initiate authentic conversations to understand customer needs and provide personalized service.
• Use available tools to create a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Educate customers about the benefits of brand loyalty programs.
• Stay accountable to personal goals and contribute to overall store performance.
• Assist store leaders with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Support a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
