About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers while supporting store operations and sales goals. This is a part-time position where you will help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget, dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses, and provide lens training as permitted by state law. You will also educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care, maintain accurate customer and patient records, communicate order status, and answer incoming phone calls. Additionally, you will be responsible for keeping the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards, and supporting inventory control and loss prevention procedures. Other duties may be assigned. Please note that all stores are closed on Sundays.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Fluent in reading & speaking both English & Spanish
Skilled at multi-tasking and handling a fast-paced work environment

Nice To Haves

1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred
Bilingual Polish
