About The Position
Clarks is hiring Seasonal Part Time Sales Associates to support its retail team. Sales Associates deliver positive sales performance, provide excellent customer service, organize merchandise and back stock, and help maintain an engaging store environment. They represent the Clarks brand, follow loss-prevention procedures, and contribute to a comfortable workplace for colleagues. The role requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
- Provide impeccable customer service.
- Upsell customers on multiple pairs and accessories when appropriate.
- Exemplify the Clarks brand.
- Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
- Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
- Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
- Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
