About The Position

This role is for a Part-Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora @ Colorado Mills. The Flex Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract customers. This role is designed to fit your lifestyle, jumping in when it matters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations. You will share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewellery, giving a voice to people’s loves. Peak hours are defined as evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods such as promotions or product launches. The role requires upholding merchandising and retail operational standards, and comfort working a schedule that varies with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours balanced by increased availability during peak times. All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Results-oriented seller.
Strong written and verbal communication skills ('Care' in communication).
Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
At least 18 years or older.
Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Timely arrival to work.
Flexible schedule ranging from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
