About The Position

Sunglass Hut Sales Associates provide an authentic, fun, and energetic customer experience while helping customers find premium-quality eyewear. They connect with new and returning customers, understand their needs, and recommend eyewear suited to each customer's lifestyle and preferences. Associates receive hands-on training and collaborate with colleagues and leaders to provide excellent service and maintain a positive, supportive, inclusive store environment. They also help keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Requirements

Enthusiasm for helping customers and creating positive experiences.
Strong communication skills to engage customers and support sales.
Comfort using technology to enhance the customer experience and process transactions accurately.
