About The Position

The Sales Associate assists with the daily sales of a Lilly Pulitzer retail store. The role provides an exceptional customer experience while representing the brand, upholding company core values and leadership qualities, and supporting store sales and operations. The associate helps create an optimistic, high-energy, team-oriented store atmosphere and maintains the brand’s Resort Chic lifestyle and standards.

Requirements

• Genuine optimistic approach to customer service.
