About The Position

The Sales Associate provides friendly, genuine, and professional customer service, putting customers first and making the shopping experience engaging and interactive. The role involves sharing product knowledge in person and over the phone, helping customers select products and services, and creating enticing, neat, tidy, and vibrant displays. Sales Associates support visual merchandising and replenishment standards, promote campaigns and services, use training and communication tools to stay informed, and follow inventory and loss prevention standards. Work takes place on the selling floor and involves physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with friendly, genuine service and help meet their needs.
• Ask open-ended questions, use product knowledge to make thoughtful recommendations, and actively sell.
• Support visual merchandising and replenishment standards, maintaining a neat, tidy, shoppable, and inviting store presentation.
• Promote key campaigns and services, including new item launches, promotions, membership, and ship-to-home.
• Use training and communication tools to continuously learn about products and services and share that knowledge with customers and the store team.
• Protect company assets by following inventory and loss prevention standards and completing inventories and initiatives properly.
• Work on the selling floor, including prolonged standing, repetitive bending, lifting, and climbing.
