As a Sales Associate, you'll help create that experience by building relationships, welcoming new faces, and helping more people discover the benefits of Orangetheory. You don't need to have every skill mastered on day one. If you're positive, coachable, dependable, and passionate about helping others succeed, we'll provide the training and support to help you grow.

- Build Relationships: Create a welcoming, positive experience for members and guests

- Grow the Community: Introduce prospective members to Orangetheory
- Participate in local outreach and community events
- Drive Results: Help turn first-time visitors into members
- Contribute to membership growth, retention, and referrals
