About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for its Express brand at the Las Vegas Prem North store. The Sales Associate provides an excellent in-store shopping experience and assists with store operations, including stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise. The role supports a clean, safe, and inviting shopping environment, follows company policies, and helps carry out product launches and company procedures.

The associate serves customers throughout the shopping experience, processes transactions accurately and efficiently, resolves service issues or escalates them to Store Management, and encourages participation in credit and loyalty programs. Other essential functions may be assigned by a supervisor. The posting states a pay range of $12.00–$20.15 per hour; actual compensation depends on factors including work location, education, skills, and experience.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of relevant job experience; the posting lists 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency using technology such as iPads and registers.
• Availability that meets defined criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Ability to meet the position’s physical requirements.
• Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, the sales leadership team, and associates.
• Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room areas to keep the store safe and inviting.
• Follow company policies and procedures to support the safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Deliver all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait time.
• Resolve customer service issues or escalate them as appropriate, and communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
• Explain credit and loyalty program benefits and encourage customers to participate.
• Assist with additional store tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise.
• Perform other essential functions as directed by a supervisor.
