Requirements
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Organized and able to manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Nice To Haves
- Previous Luxury automotive sales experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and guiding them through the vehicle selection process
- Achieve monthly sales goals set by sales management
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features, performance, and available options
- Build rapport with customers by asking questions and actively listening
- Conduct test drives following dealership procedures
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory and product offerings
- Review performance regularly to improve efficiency and sales results
