About The Position

Boot Factory Outlet is seeking energetic, customer-focused Sales Associates for its Opry Mills team. The role helps create a welcoming shopping experience by assisting customers in finding boots and apparel that suit their needs. Sales Associates work with a broad selection of boots from national brands and contribute to a clean, organized, appealing store and a positive customer experience. Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete documentation.
• Ability to access all areas of the store, including the sales floor, stock area, and register area.
• Ability to operate and use equipment necessary to run the store.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, climb, reach, and stand or walk for the entire shift.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing approach and enjoyment of working with people.
• Team-oriented approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
