About The Position

Soma is an intimate apparel brand focused on comfort, confidence, and empowering women. The Sales Associate is part of a customer-centered store environment and helps create a hospitable experience through genuine customer connections, product knowledge, and personalized service. This is a regular part-time position at the Hill Country Galleria store in Bee Cave, Texas.

Requirements

• Passion for the brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team-player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

• Educate customers about the benefits of brand loyalty programs.

• Assist store leaders with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
