Requirements

High school diploma or GED (required)
Must be 18 years of age or older (required)
1+ years of marketing experience in assisted living, independent living, memory care, or 55+ communities
1+ years of direct, face-to-face sales experience in assisted living, independent living, memory care, or 55+ communities
1+ years of experience conducting tours in assisted living, independent living, memory care, or 55+ communities
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms

Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Responsibilities

Apply proven sales and marketing strategies to generate awareness, cultivate and qualify leads, and execute effective follow-up activities
Deliver compelling presentations and convert qualified prospects into residents while meeting or exceeding occupancy goals
Assist in developing and executing quarterly marketing and advertising strategies to support occupancy and growth objectives
Promote the community and its services through effective discovery, presentation, and consultative closing techniques
Collaborate with cross-functional team members to coordinate and ensure a seamless resident move-in experience
Support annual and monthly departmental budget goals through ongoing communication and collaboration with leadership
