About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for Express at Kenwood Town Center. The Sales Associate provides an excellent in-store shopping experience and assists with additional store tasks, including stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise. The role supports a clean, organized, safe, and inviting store environment while helping customers, processing transactions, and promoting credit and loyalty programs.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of relevant job experience; 0–2 years is listed.
• Proficiency using technology, including iPads and registers.
• Availability that meets defined criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
• Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, sales leadership, and associates.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room.
• Follow company policies and procedures to support the safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Deliver all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues positively, determine an appropriate resolution or escalate the issue, and communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
• Explain the benefits of credit and loyalty member programs and encourage customer participation.
• Perform other essential functions as directed by a supervisor.
• Assist with stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise.
