BODYBAR Pilates is a rapidly expanding boutique fitness franchise that delivers dynamic Pilates workouts through its unique BODYBAR method across studios in the U.S. The company is dedicated to establishing the industry benchmark for how Pilates is taught and experienced, with a strong emphasis on strength, proper form, and a positive, cheerful atmosphere. The entire team, from instructors to front desk staff, operates with positivity, passion, and purpose. BODYBAR Pilates is actively seeking a high-energy, people-oriented Sales Associate to expand its member base and cultivate an exceptional studio experience. This role involves driving sales, providing member support, and embodying the distinctive BODYBAR vibe, all while collaborating with a fun and motivated team. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, reporting directly to the Studio Manager.

Requirements

Goal-oriented with an ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email
Passionate about fitness
Professional, trustworthy, and punctual
Proficient with computers and studio software
High school diploma or equivalent
