About The Position

The Sales Associate combines creative and technical expertise with a passion for people to provide customers with a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights. The role contributes to in-store events as part of a high-performing team and helps maintain high visual merchandising standards. The position offers training and development and may be an entry point to a career in prestige beauty. Retail sales qualifications or experience are preferred, but applicants with amateur-level experience are also welcome if they can demonstrate creative and technical expertise.

Requirements

Demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
Be able to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
Have previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
Provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
