About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you are the welcoming face of a customer-centered store environment and help reflect WHBM’s culture of hospitality. You work with the team to build genuine customer connections, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service. The role contributes to store performance, merchandising, inventory replenishment, organization, and maintaining a visually inspiring environment that meets brand standards.

Requirements

• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
