The purpose of this role is to sell merchandise offered by the Goodwill Store to individuals through the use of exceptional customer service, display techniques, knowledge of the quality, characteristics, and merit of the merchandise, and approved sales techniques. The Sales Associate is responsible for promoting a friendly and welcoming environment, assisting customers, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, processing transactions accurately, and communicating the Goodwill Mission. This role also involves stocking merchandise, promoting safety, monitoring for theft, assisting with training, and preparing daily sales reports and bank deposits.
