About The Position
Shoe Palace is looking for Retail Sales Associates to help us provide the best possible experience for our customers. We employ highly motivated, dynamic, and upbeat individuals to create and maximize sales for each location, while focusing on a team-oriented environment. This role involves creating a fun and enjoyable shopping experience for customers, interacting with people, and maintaining a clean, neat, and organized store. Responsibilities include running, climbing ladders, and selling shoes.
Requirements
- 18+ years old (16+ with appropriate work permits)
- Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
- Fun and outgoing
- Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
- A desire to work hard and be successful.
- BE DRIVEN!
- Does talking to everyone just come naturally?
Nice To Haves
- Customer service experience
- Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
