Requirements
- Active, year-round archery and/or big game hunter who stays obsessed with modern tech, tuning, and industry trends.
- Arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others.
- Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs.
- High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Turn shoppers into fans by sharing your passion for our products and helping them make the perfect buying decisions.
- Hit your personal sales goals while providing an "above and beyond" experience that keeps customers coming back.
- Boost customer loyalty by masterfully explaining the benefits of the Scheels Visa Rewards card and our latest promotions.
- Stay ahead of the game by attending expert product trainings and keeping your shop floor-ready and perfectly stocked.
