About The Position

The Sales Associate is a frontline team member who brings sneaker culture to life on the sales floor. The role focuses on connecting with customers, sharing product knowledge, and creating a fun, inclusive, high-energy store experience while helping the team reach sales goals. Sales Associates act as brand ambassadors, helping customers find suitable styles and fits, supporting daily store operations, and keeping the store ready for customers.

Requirements

Passion for footwear, fashion, sport, and youth culture.
Comfortable talking with people and helping customers.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable, motivated, a good teammate, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop.
Help customers build head-to-toe looks by preparing footwear and presenting apparel and add-ons.
Drive sales by sharing product knowledge and helping customers find products they will love.
Pick, pack, and ship online orders carefully and on time.
Support daily store tasks, including restocking, maintaining the fitting room, cash handling, and keeping the sales floor clean and organized.
Maintain store visuals and recovery standards so the store is customer-ready.
Follow safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and products.
Handle company and customer information responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
Work with teammates and leaders to achieve store goals.
Participate in training and coaching to learn and develop.
Contribute positive energy and help create a respectful, inclusive, team-oriented environment.
Use a solution-oriented mindset and support the team where needed.
