About The Position

Mattress Warehouse is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to help provide exceptional customer service. Associates sell premium mattress and bedding products using the company’s selling process and bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system, which uses 18 measurements and personalized recommendations to help customers find suitable sleep solutions. The role focuses on creating a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience and helping customers improve their sleep.

Associates work in a team-oriented retail environment and use tablets, mobile point-of-sale systems, and bedMATCH technology. The role may also involve resetting the showroom floor and helping customers load mattress purchases into their vehicles. Mattress Warehouse describes itself as a family-owned and operated retailer with more than 520 store locations and 30 years in the mattress industry.

Requirements

• Motivation and a results-oriented approach to retail sales and customer satisfaction.
• A team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
• Ability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities
