About The Position
Herschel Supply is seeking a dynamic and natural connector to join their McArthurGlen YVR Outlet team as a Part-Time Seasonal Sales Associate. This role is central to creating a welcoming, authentic, and elevated experience for every customer. The Sales Associate will report to Store Management & Key Holders and will help bring the Herschel brand to life on the shop floor. This is a seasonal position to support the team between May and August 2026, requiring part-time hours with fully open availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a warm welcome and authentic energy
- Use product knowledge to guide, recommend, and inspire customers
- Share the stories behind the gear, highlighting features and benefits
- Maintain store appearance: organized, clean, and fully stocked
- Stay informed about current stock levels on the floor, in the back, and online
- Assist with receiving and preparing new product deliveries
- Support with restocking, tagging, and sale preparation
- Manage fitting rooms and ensure merchandise is returned, sized, and ready for shoppers
- Process transactions smoothly using POS and mobile systems
- Continuously learn about new products, brand initiatives, and trends
- Participate in store events, team training, and other activities to maintain a strong store vibe
